We offer worldwide door-to-door shipping on all our products. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Can I visit your store to make my purchase?
Unfortunately our store is currently trading online only.
We do not have a brick and mortar site for in-person purchases however this may change in the future.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept EFT payments into our South African bank account.
We also accept all major credit cards via the Paystack payment gateway. Credit card payments do attract an additional fee which will be calculated at checkout.
The item I want is out of stock...what now?
Out of stock items that are still available to view in our online store can be placed on backorder. Please contact our sales team at info@earthcharms.co.za to make your enquiry and receive an estimate ETA on availability.
Can I purchase and ship to someone as a gift?
Yes this can definitely be arranged.
On the checkout page please change the shipping address to that of the person you would like to gift the purchase to and we will make sure the gift is sent off to them with tracking details sent to you.
