Do you deliver, and where?
We courier door to door anywhere in South Africa, through The Courier Guy. Your delivery cost is worked out at checkout from your address and the weight of the parcel. Full detail is on the Shipping & Delivery page.
How long will my order take?
In-stock orders leave us within 24 hours of your payment clearing. From there it depends on the service you choose at checkout — overnight to the major centres, or two to five business days on the economy options.
What can I pay with?
Card or EFT. Cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express, debit or credit, processed on our provider's secure servers — your card details never touch this site. Prefer a bank transfer? Choose EFT at checkout and our Standard Bank details come through with your order confirmation. Either way there is no surcharge: the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I visit a store?
Not at the moment. Earth Charms trades online only, so there is no shop floor to walk into. That may change in future — for now, everything is bought and delivered through this site.
The piece I want is out of stock
Sold-out pieces stay on the site marked out of stock, so you can still see them and we can still get you one. Mail info@earthcharms.co.za with the piece you are after and we will come back to you with an estimated date — most lines are restocked, and many can be placed on backorder.
Can you send it to someone else?
Yes. At checkout, tick to ship to a different address and enter the recipient's details. The parcel goes to them and the tracking comes to you, so you know when it lands.
What if it isn't right?
You have seven days from delivery to arrange a refund or exchange. Earrings are the one exception, excluded for hygiene reasons. The full terms are on the Refund and Returns page.
What is the jewellery made of?
Our range is gold- and silver-plated, set with stones, pearls and mother of pearl depending on the piece. Plating is a surface finish, so it rewards a little care — the care guide covers the six habits that matter.
