Getting your order to you
Every order is couriered door to door by The Courier Guy, from our base in Sandton to anywhere in South Africa. Your shipping cost is calculated live at checkout from the weight of your parcel and where it is going, so you see the real price before you pay — never an estimate that changes later.
Anywhere in South Africa
We deliver to street addresses across all nine provinces. Couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box, so please give us a physical address where someone can sign during business hours.
Dispatched within 24 hours
In-stock orders are handed to the courier within 24 hours of your payment clearing in our account. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday go out on the next business day.
Priced at checkout
Add your delivery address at checkout and the available services appear with their prices. Choose the one that suits you — overnight if you need it tomorrow, economy if you would rather save.
What you can choose at checkout
Which of these appear depends on your address. Delivery times are the courier's working-day estimates and start from collection, not from when you place the order.
Overnight Major Centres
Next business day to the main metros. Collected today, with you tomorrow — the fastest option we offer.
Overnight Express
Priority overnight service, available on a wider set of destinations than the major-centres option.
Economy 2–3 days
The middle ground. Two to three business days for most addresses, at a lower rate than overnight.
Economy 3–5 days
The most affordable service. Three to five business days, best if you are not in a hurry.
Outlying areas
A flat rate of R200 applies to addresses outside the courier's standard delivery network.
